OUR
STORY

Our story _ Annasach_edited.jpg

Annasach is a Gaelic word for different  or unusual.

Our jewellery is handmade in Jaipur, a city that has worked enamel and stone for over three centuries. Each piece is made in a small family-run workshop we work with directly; a single bracelet passes through six pairs of hands before it reaches you. We pay fairly.

Every design belongs to one of our muses: women we wrote before we made anything, whose characters decide the colours and forms of their pieces. The jewellery exists because they do, not the other way round.

Good things should not cost a fortune. Handmade does not have to mean unaffordable, and affordable does not have to mean churned out by machines. That is the whole idea.
