1. WHAT ARE YOUR PIECES MADE FROM?

Our pieces are made from gold-plated brass with hand-applied enamel and feature glass stones, crystal pavé, resin, faux pearls and semi-precious stones such as onyx and agate, depending on the design. Each product page lists the materials for that piece.

2. WILL MY JEWELLERY TARNISH?

​

Gold-plated brass keeps its finish best when kept dry and away from perfume, lotions and hairspray. With care, your piece will keep its colour and shine. See our care guide below.

3. IS YOUR JEWELLERY HYPOALLERGENIC / NICKEL-FREE

Our pieces are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.

4. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

Put your jewellery on last, after perfume and lotions. Keep it dry, remove it before showering, swimming or sleeping, and store it in its original packaging away from sunlight. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing.

5. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH IS IT?

We dispatch within 1 to 3 working days, then send via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually delivers 2 to 3 working days later. Shipping is £3.50, or free on orders of £50 and over. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

6. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we deliver within the UK only. Sign up to Letters from Annasach to hear when that changes.

7. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us at hello@annasach.uk, and a further 14 days to send the item back unused, in its original condition and packaging. You cover return postage, and we recommend a tracked service. One exception: for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if the seal is unbroken. 8. WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

Contact us at hello@annasach.uk with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of receipt you're entitled to a full refund; after that we'll repair, replace or refund as appropriate. We cover return postage on faulty items. This applies to all items, including pierced earrings.

Every piece arrives in our signature packaging with its muse story card, ready to give.
