These terms govern your use of the Annasach website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. WHO WE ARE:
Annasach is a trading name of Annasach, a sole trader based in the United

2. PRODUCTS:
Our jewellery is handmade and made using brass and enamel. As pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish and form are natural and are part of their character, not defects.Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may appear differently on different screens. Brass naturally changes over time and with wear. Care guidance is provided to help you keep your pieces looking their best.

3. MATERIALS & SENSITIVE SKIN:
Our pieces are made from brass with enamel detailing. While we take care over the materials we use, brass can contain trace metals. If you have known metal sensitivities or allergies, please take this into account before purchasing. If you experience any reaction, discontinue wear. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty goods.

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE:
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not mean it has been accepted. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error, in which case we will refund any payment taken.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• We are not currently VAT-registered; prices therefore do not show a separate VAT charge.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card
details.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we are not obliged to supply it at
that price and will let you know before dispatch.

6. RETURNS:

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms, including the hygiene exception that applies to pierced earrings.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All content on the Annasach website, including the brand name, designs, images, text and themuse concept and characters, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy or use it without our written permission.

8. LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for private and domestic use.

9. PRIVACY
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring
proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the website when you place it.
