Emerald Green Bracelet with Crystal Clusters

This emerald green bracelet alternates two shapes around the wrist: a deep green oval, then a small diamond of clear crystals, then green again. The rhythm is regular and calm, and the contrast between the two is what gives it its finish. The green stones are oval-cut glass, faceted so the colour darkens at the edges and glows at the centre, each held in four slim gold claws. Between them, four round crystals are set in a diamond pattern around a tiny fifth, like a small flower or a compass point. The links are hinged, so the bracelet lies flat on the wrist and moves with it, and it fastens with a gold hook clasp and short ring chain. It looks most at home with tailoring: a white shirt, a cream trouser suit or a black dress for the evening. Wear it alone; it has enough presence without anything stacked beside it.
